POLICIES

We accept children from ages 0 – 12 years old. Any children that are still in diapers must have a pack of diapers and wipes to keep with the provider and to be replenished every month or whenever it runs out. 

Any children still drinking formula/breast milk must have enough to keep with the provider for a week (or longer) and replenish when there is only enough for three bottles. Two sets of extra clothes must be left for all children no matter the age.

Healthy meals and snacks will be provided for children (except infants that are under the age of 6 months). Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at enrollment along with copies of doctor forms associated with allergies and approved dietary replacements. Children must arrive ready for the day. If they are arriving after meal time please ensure they are fed. If you would like to provide your own meals and snacks you may do so in a lunch bag with the child’s name written on it. The bag will be given back at the time of pick up each day. 

Children will not be released to anyone not on the permission list unless given written and verbal permission by the parent or guardian in advance. A copy of the identification of the person picking the child up must also be provided when giving the written permission.

A child with a fever, cough, runny nose, pink eye, diarrhea, vomiting, ringworm, hand foot mouth or any other cold/flu/virus/rash or contagious symptoms may not come to daycare until 24 hours after the symptoms have cleared. No exceptions. This rule is in place to ensure the health and well-being of all the children.

CLOSURES AND ABSENCES

Fees are based on enrollment and not attendance. If child does miss any amount of days/hours the full tuition is still required to keep the enrolled spot. There are no left over hours, carry over hours or make up days unless discussed and approved by provider. If missing more than three weeks please notify the provider in advance. All payments are non refundable.


We are closed on all federal holidays. Parents will be notified of any additional closures at least two weeks in advance so arrangements can be made.
